Yes, it's a shame. I guess it's the same as with GT Legends mod (I see there was a recent thread about it)...

It doesn't seem like they are using ripped content from GPL from just the video... but if the shit isn't up on RaceDepartment.com I'm likely never to download it. Mediafire just screams "shady" to me.

I have downloaded the mod and all is OK, the link is available in Chris Haye review of the mod on YouTube.
Since they have permission to make the mod surprised it isn't allowed??
But oh well...
