RaceRoom Help Needed - Jeffery Ford - 11-24-2018

So I just bought the 7500 credits to get all the content at RaceRoom Experience.   Here is my question....i have the game downloaded via steam....how do i download all the content now?  I dont see it anywhere.  Thanks for any help....obviously im missing something simple here.

Yeah i know where it is to buy.  I bought it.  I was wondering how I download it.  But since I have read that if you downloaded the game you already have it all, just it unlocks.

I think that is going to be the case, as you can race against drivers in cars you don't own, as far as I know.
