I can't access the room while I'm registered on one race. It starts the application but it does not access to the room. My user name matches the one I have in RRE and I have all the content. What can I do?

I had the same problem for a race yesterday. Signed up for a Silhouette Series race at Brands Hatch Indy, 12 GMT, but it didn't connect me to the room, even though I had all the content and my name on SRS matches my name in RRRE.
I tried to connect several times, even refreshing the race page as recommended on the SRS app for that problem...Raceroom started up, stayed on the main menu.
First time I had that problem, everything was still working on Monday evening, when I took part in the GTR3 race at Bathurst.

did you try to close RRE, SRS App and try again?
