I participate every evening in a srs race at brandshatch but i never see myself back in youtube...
Why is that? Are only the best drivers put in 1 server and that one is broadcasted?

In a nutshell i believe so.
But at the moment SRS does not seem to be broadcasting.

"Best Drivers" is up for debate since it is about participation in a series and not driver rating outside of the first race of a series in a season. If you want to be Internet Famous you'll have to participate and get champ points enough to force off the top 23 championship point holders for a particular series.
And of course SRSTV has to be broadcasting in the first place.

Got qualified in good position, enter the race,but... I do not show on video (quali and race) nor my car which has a custom painting. I mean my name does not show on quali or race, nor even a white unpainted car. Nothing!!
Any problem with server?
Any reason for not appear on board results?

Did your name shows on result tables?
I partipated aswell but my name does nor appear at all nor my car. This is strange.
