I think he means this one:
C:\Users\yourname\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\Player1\tempGarage

I have to this problem also some time. Only have to restart the SRS App and it is fixed.
So for me it's not really a problem, most of the App is working really well.
