No, that is not available.

The only way is restarting (close the server after the race) and then open another .exe and server.cfg with different track, you can do it if you're on the host PC, if you're the admin but you can't Book every single user like in SRS (you need to resgistry for the race) because you'll need to exit the first race server, and log for the next one ... to much time for the Host and the user...not worth it
