Yes.
Or you can create a shortcut out of Steam and add your params as needed.
Should be something like:
"steam://rungameid/211500//-triScr 62 2 60 34 2 60 34 2 60 60 34 2 60"
This way, u dont need to locate any .exe files. Just rclick on R3E in Steam and create a shortgut and add the params as shown...
Both ways are possible.
