Just wondered, is there a way to be able to quickly look back at the results of all the races I've been in, in the past? I'm aware that I can look back at the series, and find it flagged with a 'yes', but anything under my profile where I can access this data?

No. for current season results go to Competition>Current Standings, for passed seasons, Competition>historic results
